Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment day and time is specifically reserved for you and your chosen service. When appointments are cancelled at the last minute, it often leaves gaps that cannot be filled and directly impacts their income, as well as other guests hoping to book that time. We truly appreciate your understanding and help in respecting our team’s schedules and livelihood.

We are reachable by phone, text, email, or voicemail 24 hours a day should you need to make a change to your appointment.

More than 24 hours’ notice
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not subject to a cancellation fee.

Within 24 hours of the appointment
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time incur a 50% fee of the booked service(s).

Same-day cancellations
Appointments cancelled on the same day as the appointment incur a 100% fee of the booked service(s).

No-shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% fee and may result in loss of booking privileges.

Cancellation fees are charged to the credit card on file at the time of booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy.
